Q)What's the process for building my website?
A)The process is really quite simple. You call us, we answer any questions you may have, we set up a meeting to discuss your ideas and thoughts about your site. We take the information we collected during the consultation and start working on some design ideas for your site. After a few days, we will provide you with a link to view possible layouts. You select the one you like. We get to work on the actual coding portion of the project (takes 1-2 weeks). Then we just wait for you to give us the okay to go live.
Q)What do I need to provide?
A)Launch HD will provide general site graphics and handles the coding of the site. You pretty much provide everything else. This includes all of the text that you want included on your site as well as any specific images or graphics that you would also like to include.
Q)How do I pay for these services?
A)We accept Visa or Mastercard. All services must be paid for prior to work beginning. The exception to this, is if your total purchase is more than $400. In this case, we will allow you to make 2 payments. Half now, half 2 weeks later.
Q)Do you have a money-back guarantee?
A)Absolutely. We put a lot of effort into all of the sites we build, but we know that sometimes clients are just looking for something "different". So if after seeing the initial design layouts, you don't think we'll be able to meet your expectations, just let us know and we'll be more than happy to refund your money.
Q)Do you "test" the websites you build?
A)Yes we do. Why is this important? Because despite the fact that every internet browser reads the same code from your website, not every browser interpretes it the same way. Browsers are slowly becoming more standardized, but it will be a few years still, before they are all on the same page. In order to ensure your site looks as it should to the majority of your visitors, we test your site in several versions of the 5 most used browsers (FireFox, Explorer, Safari, Netscape and Flock).
Q)Is it absolutely necessary to meet in person?
A)No, it's not. We can collect most of the information we need from you over the phone and via email. Our preference however, is to meet in person. If for nothing else, just to meet our clients at least once face-to-face. But that's something that can always be done at a later date. The choice is yours.
